I went with my agent to view one of the developments being made in Pasig and I can say that the location is quite close to Crossings, Shaw.

It took us only 15 minutes or less when we took a taxi cab from Crossings to its site (Pasig).

It took us two rides to go back to Crossings from the location if you are communiting using a tricycle and a public utility jeep.  The approximate time to return to Crossings Shangrila is around 30 minutes or less depending on the traffic.  I gave this project a 5 out of 5 points from its location.

The prices in peso ranges from 1.5 M (Condominiums), 4 M (Townhouses) to 5 to 7 M (High end single detached units).

The amenities are the usuals.  A basket ball court, swimming pools for kids and adults, kiddie play grounds and a club house.  The vicinity is spacious and not compact.

This is Reana Townhouse - Bare (please click the picture below).  The townhouse is composed of 2 floors (almost 40 sqm in total).  The room is almost 90 percent complete.  Reana Bare is composed of 2 rooms, 2 floors (ground floor and second floor), kitchen, toilet and a laundry room.  In front of this house is a garden, maintained and landscaped by the developer. The other townhouses are similar to Reana bare when given except for Carmela which is composed of 3 rooms.

This is Margarita Townhouse (dressed-up, please click the picture below).  Do you know that you can buy the unit with the interiors in it. This will save you up with all the hassle and bustle of making your unit beautiful.  Just be ready for the extra pocket stretch when you but this but I think it's well worth the effort.

This is Carmela Single Detached (dressed-up, please click the picture below).  This is the best among the units in the area.  It has 3 rooms, 2 floors (ground and second Floor), 2 toilets (ground and second floor) and a veranda (located in the second floor connected to the biggest room).  Remember that this unit can be bought together with the interiors(dress-up) if you wish.  This unit also similar to the other projects in the other areas like Alabang.
